摘 要:采用溶剂热法制备出具有超顺磁性、高饱和磁化强度的Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒,并在其表面包覆SiO_(2)形成Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)复合材料,再用水热法与氧化石墨烯(GO)复合制得Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)/rGO复合材料.使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)等仪器对复合材料进行结构和性能表征.结果表明:Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)/rGO复合材料具有优异的超顺磁性、分散性和稳定性,饱和磁化强度达到33.97 emu/g;Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)/rGO复合材料作为一种载药性能良好的靶向载体材料,在盐酸表柔比星(EPI)药物质量浓度为25μg/mL的条件下,加载能力可达到34.95%.Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparticles with superparamagnetism and high saturation magnetization were prepared by solvothermal method and then were encapsulated by the silica to form composite material(Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)).Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)/rGO was prepared by hydrothermal method combining Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2) with GO.The structure and properties of the composite were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM),etc.The results showed that the surface modified Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)/rGO composites had excellent superparamagnetism,dispersion,and stability,with saturation magnetization of 3397 emu/g.Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)/rGO composite was a targeted carrier material with good drug loading performance,with loading capacity up to 3495%at 25μg/mL of EPI.
