摘  要:TC4钛合金薄壁构件通常采用热成形方式加工,其热成形前后的加热及冷却过程的温度变化速率会引起显著的微观组织演化,进而影响成形构件的力学性能.本文中设计并搭建了一套电阻加热及气体冷却装置,研究了热成形前后的温度、加热速率和冷却速率对TC4钛合金板材力学性能的影响.结果表明:加热速率对TC4钛合金的屈服强度影响显著,加热速率越快,板材冷却后的屈服强度越低;当板材分别以30,100℃/s加热至900℃后,再以200℃/s冷却至室温,其屈服强度相差24%;冷却速率对TC4钛合金的屈服强度同样影响显著,当板材以60℃/s加热至850℃后,再以200℃/s冷却至室温,其屈服强度比冷却速率为5℃/s时提高了16%。该研究结果可为TC4钛合金薄壁构件热成形温度参数的合理设计提供依据.TC4 titanium alloy thin-walled components are usually processed by hot forming.The temperature change rate of the heating and cooling processes before and after hot forming can cause significant microstructural evolution,which in turn affects the mechanical properties of the formed components.In this paper,a resistance heating and gas cooling device was designed and set up to investigate the effects of temperature,heating rate and cooling rate on the mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy sheets before and after hot forming.The results show that the heating rate has a significant effect on the yield strength of TC4 titanium alloy,the faster the heating rate,the lower the yield strength of the sheet after cooling.When the plate is heated to 850℃at a rate of 60℃/s and then cooled to room temperature at a rate of 200℃/s,the yield strength increases by 16%compared to the cooling rate of 5℃/s.The results of this study provide a basis for the rational design of temperature parameters for the hot forming of thin-walled TC4 titanium alloy components.
