某科考船绞车变频驱动系统故障分析及排除

摘　　要：针对某科考船电动绞车系统变频柜一例故障,对变频驱动系统组成及预充电电路进行了分析,并结合故障现象分析了故障原因,介绍了故障排查过程。Aiming at a fault of a frequency conversion drive winch on research ship,the principle of variable frequency drive system and its pre-charging circuit were analyzed.Combining with the fault phenomenon,the causes of failure were analyzed,the troubleshooting procedures were introduced.
