摘　　要：变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)是临床上的多发病和常见病,其发病率逐年升高。近年来,随着分子生物学的不断发展,越来越多的研究认为AR的发病机制可能和肠道菌群有关。因此,肠道菌群和AR之间的关系逐渐成为过敏性疾病的研究热点,而益生菌在AR中所发挥的治疗作用也备受关注。研究表明Th17/Treg细胞、树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DCs)及Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)参与AR的发病。本文综述益生菌对Th17/Treg细胞的免疫调节作用、促进耐受性的DCs活性以及TLRs对DCs和Th17/Treg细胞的刺激作用的相关研究,探讨AR的调节机制,并阐明益生菌可能是治疗AR的潜在新方法,为AR的肠道微生态研究提供一定的理论依据。Allergic rhinitis(AR)is a clinically frequently-occurring and common disease,and its incidence rate increases year by year.In recent years,with continuous development of molecular biology,more and more studies believe that its pathogenesis may be related to intestinal flora.Therefore,the relationship between intestinal flora and AR has gradually become a research focus in allergic diseases,and the therapeutic effect of probiotics on AR has attracted much attention.Studies have shown that Th17/Treg cells,dendritic cells(DCs)and Toll-like receptors(TLRs)are involved in the pathogenesis of AR.In this paper,we reviewed the related studies on the immunoregulatory effect of probiotics on Th17/Treg cells,the promotion of tolerogenic DC activity,and the stimulation of DCs and Th17/Treg cells by TLRs,explored the regulatory mechanism of AR,and clarified that probiotics might be a potential new method for the treatment of AR,which would provide a certain theoretical basis for the intestinal microecology research of AR.
