摘　　要：在系统梳理财政政策、货币政策与实现高质量就业相关研究的基础上,提炼出了财政政策与货币政策协同作用下高质量就业的研究框架,并归纳出三大研究主题的核心观点。第一,财政政策主要通过财政支出、税收政策和政府债务对高质量就业产生影响;第二,货币政策通过调整利率、信贷环境和汇率波动等途径,间接影响投资、消费和产出,进而影响就业;第三,财政政策和货币政策的协调配合对高质量就业具有重要意义。Based on a systematic literature review of related researches,this paper refined the research framework of high-quality employment under the coordinated action of fiscal and monetary policies.And the results listed the core vision of three major research themes.Firstly,fiscal policy always affected high-quality employment through the ways of fiscal expentidure,tax policy and government debt.Secondly,monetary policy had an indirect effect on investment,consume and output through adjusting interest rate,credit environment and exchange rate fluctuations,thereby further affecting employment.Thirdly,the coordination and cooperation of fiscal and monetary policies were of great importance for high-quality employment.
