大口径高精度波束波导天线保型设计方法研究

摘　　要：由于受到波导筒结构干涉、天线口径需求大、精度要求高等综合因素制约,伞型支撑和4点支撑等目前国内外主要的天线保型支撑设计方法均很难用在大口径高精度波束波导天线的研制中。在4点支撑的基础上,针对大口径高精度波束波导天线特点提出了16点支撑保型设计方法,并结合某120 m天线指标要求详细设计了16点支撑的基本结构形式。通过ANSYS有限元仿真发现天线多角度姿态下重力变形分布均匀,预调且最佳吻合处理后天线0°~90°工作范围主面精度可大幅提高至0.7 mm (r.m.s)以内。结果表明16点支撑设计方法为大口径天线设计特别是大口径高精度波束波导天线的保型设计提供了一种崭新的设计思路,并对天线的研制有着指导意义。Due to the interference of waveguide structure,large aperture demand and high precision requirements,the umbrella support and four-point support which the main flexible design methods at home and abroad are both difficult to be used in the development of large aperture and high precision beam waveguide antenna.Based on the four-point support,according to the characteristics of large aperture and high precision beam waveguide antenna,a flexible design method of sixteen-point support is put forward,and the basic structure in detail according to the index requirements of a 120 m antenna is designed.Through ANSYS finite element simulation,it is found that the gravity deformation of the antenna is evenly distributed under multi angle attitude.After pre adjustment and the best-fitting post-processor,the accuracy of antenna reflector in the working range of 0°to 90°can be greatly improved to less than 0.7 mm(r.m.s).It is shown that the sixteen-point support provides a new design idea for the design of large aperture antenna,especially for the flexible design of large aperture and high precision beam waveguide antenna,and has important guiding signification for the development of antenna.
