摘  要:为了满足国家提出的建设“节水型农业”要求,有效提高农田灌溉的自动化、智能化,尤其在偏远缺水的干旱农业地区,为了实现农田的智能自动化管理,设计了一种基于触摸屏和PLC的无人看守的、能够根据温湿度自动调节灌溉流量的智能农田灌溉系统,并通过虚拟仿真软件验证了系统的正确性。系统基于西门子S7-1500 PLC作为控制系统,通过西门子博途软件进行PROFINET通讯组态,并连接通用型G120变频器、TP700触摸屏、温湿度传感器。既可以节约水资源,又解决了以往漫灌需要大量人工且不满足农作物生长条件的难点,同时利用变频技术提高了水泵的效率,具有一定的实际应用价值。In order to meet the national requirements for building a"water-saving agriculture"and effectively improve the automation and intelligence of farmland irrigation,especially in remote and arid agricultural areas with water scarcity,in order to achieve intelligent and automated management of farmland,an unmanned intelligent farmland irrigation system based on touch screen and PLC is designed,which can automatically adjust irrigation flow based on temperature and humidity.The correctness of the system is verified through virtual simulation software.The system is based on Siemens S7-1500 PLC as the control system,configured through PROFINET communication through Siemens Botu software,and connected to a universal G120 frequency converter,TP700 touch screen,and temperature and humidity sensors.It can not only save water resources,but also solve the difficulties of requiring a large amount of manual labor and not meeting the growth conditions of crops in the past.It also utilizes frequency conversion technology to improve the efficiency of water pumps,which has certain practical application value.
