摘  要:针对鸡苗育雏普遍存在因温度不适导致集体发病、氨气浓度超标导致死亡、清理粪便工作繁重的问题,在分析了幼雏生长过程所需的环境参数后,结合PCB设计、机械结构设计、嵌入式设计相关理论,设计了一款智能育雏鸡舍。以ESP32-32E为核心的主控台,通过ZigBee无线通信模组与控制器进行数据交互,且可以将鸡舍环境数据实时传送到手机终端;控制器以IAP15W4K61S4为核心,通过传感器检测鸡舍温湿度、氨气浓度,进而控制鸡舍温湿度、鸡粪便清理装置的运行。最后制作实验样机,可远程实时查看鸡舍环境数据,并自动控制鸡舍温湿度、光照、氨气浓度及鸡粪便清理和饲料投放,相比同类设计,其功能更为完善,能给雏鸡养育生长环境监测与控制研究提供参考方案。此外,智能育雏鸡舍具有更强的可移动性和独立保温性,从而提升其对于特殊环境的适应能力。In view of the common problems of collective morbidity due to temperature discomfort,death caused by excessive ammonia concentration,and heavy manure cleaning work in chicken chicks,an intelligent brood chicken coop is designed after analyzing the environmental parameters required for the growth process of chicks,combined with PCB design,mechanical structure design and embedded design related theories.The device takes ESP32-32E as the core of the main console,through the ZigBee wireless communication module to interact with the controller data,and can transmit the chicken house environmental data to the mobile phone terminal in real time.The controller takes IAP15W4K61S4 as the core,detects the temperature and humidity and ammonia concentration of the chicken house through the sensor,and then controls the temperature and humidity of the chicken house and the operation of the chicken manure cleaning device.Finally,the experimental prototype is made to realize the remote real-time viewing and control of the temperature and humidity,light,ammonia concentration of the chicken coop and the automatic cleaning of chicken manure and feed feeding,which is more complete than similar design functions,and can provide a reference scheme for the monitoring and control of the environment for the breeding and growth of chicks.In addition,the smart brood house has stronger mobility and independent insulation,thereby improving the adaptability of the design to special environments.
