摘　　要：现有平流式沉淀池桁架式吸泥机存在着效率低、运行粗放、设备维护困难等问题,因此结合净水厂现场实际设计要求及工艺要求,设计出一种基于无线传输技术的改进型桁架式吸泥机。改进后的桁架式吸泥机系统主要包括吸泥机桁架、泵架、控制阀门、滑触线及辅助装置等硬件设备;在此基础上建立中控室监控系统,通过上位机、PLC和无线模块实现设备之间的无线传输连接;通过泥位计实时控制吸泥机,实现吸泥机的自动启停。将应用在某净水厂沉淀池。结果表明:改进后的桁架式吸泥机实际排水量约减少40%,并降低了设备耗电量,提高了水厂运行效率,同时验证了吸泥机改进方案的有效性和实用性。The existing truss type sludge suction machine for horizontal flow sedimentation tank has problems such as low efficiency,extensive operation and difficult equipment maintenance,therefore,an improved truss type sludge suction machine based on wireless transmission technology is designed in combination with the actual design requirements and process requirements of the water purification plant.The improved truss type suction dredger system mainly includes suction dredger truss,pump frame,control valve,sliding contact line and auxiliary device and other hardware equipment;on this basis,the monitoring system of the central control room is established,and the wireless transmission connection between the equipment is realized through the upper computer,PLC and wireless module;the sludge level meter controls the sludge suction machine in real time to realize the automatic start and stop of the sludge suction machine.The improved truss type sludge suction machine is applied to the sedimentation tank of a water purification plant.The results show that the actual displacement of the improved truss type suction machine is reduced by about 40%,the power consumption of the equipment is reduced,the operation efficiency of the water plant is improved,and the effectiveness and practicability of the improved scheme of the suction machine are verified.
