摘 要:从浙江省杭州、宁波、温州、绍兴、湖州、嘉兴、金华、衢州、台州和丽水等10个城市共采集蜱589只,通过形态学特征和分子生物学方法鉴定其种属,利用PCR方法检测每个蜱样品中是否含有巴贝斯原虫、立克次体、无形体和埃立克体4种病原体的DNA,利用双重荧光定量PCR方法检测蜱是否携带非洲猪瘟病毒,运用最大似然估计法计算感染率并进行遗传进化分析。结果显示,本试验采集的蜱主要为血红扇头蜱和长角血蜱;5种蜱传病原体在浙江省优势蜱种中的流行率分别为巴贝斯原虫(5.09%)、立克次体(9.85%)、无形体(7.81%)、埃立克体(1.70%)和非洲猪瘟病毒(0%);在样品中检测到微小巴贝斯虫、牛巴贝斯虫、黑龙江立克次体、日本立克次体、嗜吞噬细胞无形体和查菲埃立克体,还发现几种病原体未定种。Ticks are important carriers or host of many pathogens,which can cause many diseases in humans and animals.In order to understand the prevalence of tick-borne pathogens in Zhejiang Province,589 ticks were collected from ten cities.The species were identified by morphological characteristics and molecular biological methods;PCR method was used to detect the DNA of Babesia spp.,Rickettsia spp.,Anaplasma spp.and Ehrlichia spp.in each tick sample;African swine fever virus was detected in ticks by duplex quantitative real-time PCR.The infection rate was calculated by maximum likelihood estimation and genetic evolution analysis was carried out.The results showed that the ticks collected in this study were mainly Rhipicephalus sanguineus and Haemaphysalis longicornis;the prevalence rates of 5 tick-borne pathogens in Zhejiang Province were Babesia spp.(5.09%),Rickettsia spp.(9.85%),Anaplasma spp.(7.81%),Ehrlichia spp.(1.70%)and ASFV(o%),respectively.B.microti,B.bovis,R.heilongjiangensis,R.japonica,A.phagocytophilum,E.chaffeeusis and E.canis were detected in the samples,and several Rickettsia sp.and Ehrlichia sp.were also found.This study detected and analyzed several tick-borne pathogens in Zhejiang Province,so as to provide basic data for disease prevention and control.
