摘 要:目的 研究丁香长效微乳液对粉尘螨的杀灭效果及其最大作用时间,为尘螨防控提供科学依据。方法 2021年9月至2022年3月利用“熏蒸+触杀”法比较研究1.0、1.5、3.0、5.0、7.0、10.0和20.0mg/ml浓度丁香微乳液对粉尘螨的杀灭活性并计算其半数致死量(median lethal dosage, LD_(50))值;同时比较研究不同浓度、不同剂型丁香杀螨制剂与3种市售除螨液在9d内的杀螨效果。结果 丁香微乳液对粉尘螨的LD_(50)为1.2mg/ml, LD_(50)在5.0mg/ml时可杀灭所有供试粉尘螨;有效成分含量0.5%、1.0%和3.0%的丁香长效微乳液在5d内的杀螨活性显著大于上述浓度同时间点的普通制剂组,与市售除螨液相比,有效成分含量1.0%的丁香长效微乳液在1~5d内对粉尘螨的平均杀灭率分别为100.0%(1d)、93.3%(2d)、73.3%(3d)、40.0%(4d)、28.3%(5d);有效成分含量3.0%的丁香长效微乳液在1~5d内对粉尘螨平均杀灭率分别为100.0%(1d)、100.0%(2d)、83.3%(3d)、53.3%(4d)、45.0%(5d),两者均高于同时间点的其他处理组。结论 丁香长效微乳液在试验期间杀螨效果和最大作用时间均优于普通制剂组,有效成分含量1.0%、3.0%的丁香长效微乳液杀螨效果优于试验中的3种市售除螨液。Objective To study the killing effect and maximum action time of clove long-acting microemulsion against Dermatophagoides farinae,and to provide scientific basis for the control of Dermatophagoid mite.Methods From September 2021 to March 2022,the"fumigation+contact"method was used to compare the klling activity of clove microemulsions with seven concentrations of 1.Omg/ml,1.5mg/ml,3.Omg/ml,5.Omg/ml,7.Omg/ml,10.Omg/ml and 20.Omg/ml against Dermatophagoides farinae,and the median lethal dosage(LD_(50))was calculated.In addition,the effects of different concentrations and dosage forms of clove acaricidal preparations with three kinds of commercial acaricidal solutions in 9 days were compared.Results The LD_(50) of clove micro lotion to Dermatophagoides farinae was 1.2mg/ml,and all tested Dermatophagoides farinae could be killed at 5.Omg/ml.The acaricidal activity of the clove long-acting microemulsion with 0.5%,1.0%and 3.0%active ingredient content was significantly higher than that of the ordinary preparation group at the same time point in their respective concentrations within 5 days.In addition,compared with the commercial acaricidal solution,the average Dermatophagoides farinae killing rates of the clove long-acting microemulsion with 1.0%active ingredient content in 1-5 days were 100.0%(1d),93.3%(2d),73.3%(3d),40.0%(4d)and 28.3%(5d),respectively.The average Dermatophagoides farinae killing rates of the clove long-acting microemulsion with 3.0%active ingredient content were 100.0%(1d),100.0%(2d),83.3%(3d),53.3%(4d)and 45.0%(5d),respectively,which were higher than those of other treatment groups at the same time point.Conclusion The killing effect and the maximum action time of clove long-acting microemulsion are better than that of the common preparation group during the test period.The clove long-acting microemulsion with 1.0%and 3.0%active ingredient content have better acaric efficacy than the commercial acaricide used in the test.
