摘　　要：目的 了解江阴市腹泻样病例空肠弯曲菌的感染情况并分析影响因素,为该地区制定防控措施提供参考。方法 对江阴市2018—2019年哨点医院及食源性疾病监测点的腹泻病例进行分析,采用双孔滤膜法对569份粪便标本进行空肠弯曲菌的分离鉴定。结果 569份粪便标本检出空肠弯曲菌30株,总检出率为5.27%,2019年该菌检出率为8.72%,高于2018年的1.48%;夏季该菌检出率最高,为8.06%,春秋季节其次,冬季未检出;男、女性该菌检出率差异无统计学意义;≥60岁年龄组检出率最高,为9.21%;20~<60岁年龄组其次,为6.74%;0~<20岁年龄组检出率最低,为2.21%。结论 2018—2019年江阴市腹泻样病例空肠弯曲菌感染以夏季为主,≥60岁年龄组高发,相关部门需加强夏季食品安全管理,对老年人群重点开展监测和健康宣教,以降低空肠弯曲菌的感染风险。Objective To investigate the situation of Campylobacter jejuni infection of diarrhea like cases in Jiangyin City and analyse the related factors,so as to provide reference for the formulation of prevention and control measures in this area.Methods Diarrhea cases from the sentinel hospitals and foodborne disease surveillance sites in Jiangyin City from 2018 to 2019 were analyzed.Campylobacter jejuni was isolated and identified from 569 fecal samples by the double-hole filter membrane method.Results In 569 fecal samples,30 strains of Campylobacter jejuni were detected,and the total detection rate was 5.27%.The detection rate in 2019(8.72%)was higher than that of 2018(1.48%).The detection rate in summer(8.06%)was the highest,followed by autumn and spring,and no Campylobacter jejuni was detected in winter.There was no significant difference in the detection rate between males and females.The detection rate of≥60 years old group was the highest(9.21%).The detection rate of 20-<60 years old group was the second,and the detection rate was 6.74%.The lowest detection rate was 2.21%in the O-<20 age group.Conclusion Campylobacter jejuni infection is mainly seen in summer of diarrhea-like cases in Jiangyin City from 2018 to 2019,with a high incidence in people over 60 years old.Therefore,relevant departments need to strengthen food safety management in summer,and focus on monitoring and health education for the elderly population,so as to reduce the risk of Campylobacter jejuni outbreak.
