基于加权TOPSIS法的菏泽市2018—2020年传染病报告质量综合分析

摘　　要：目的 全面了解菏泽市各级医疗机构的传染病报告质量,为提高传染病报告质量提供依据。方法 调查菏泽市2018—2020年161家不同级别医疗机构的传染病诊疗登记病例。采用加权优劣解距离(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution, TOPSIS)法计算传染病报告的综合质量指数,对各类医疗机构的传染病报告质量进行综合比较。结果 本次研究共调查病例5 900例,整体的传染病报告率、报告及时率、报告卡填写完整率、报告卡填写准确率、网络报告信息一致率和证件号填写完整率分别为98.69%、99.85%、97.33%、97.24%、97.54%和99.16%。不同年份或类型医疗机构的传染病综合质量评估结果显示:2020年>2019年>2018年;省市级>县区级>乡镇级;三级>二级>一级或未分级。住院内科病例的传染病报告率较低,为96.80%,丙类传染病的其他感染性腹泻的报告率较低,为96.43%。结论 菏泽市传染病报告质量整体较好,部分医疗机构、科室和疾病类型的传染病报告质量仍需进一步提高。Objective To fully understand the quality of infectious diseases reporting of medical institutions at all levels in Heze City,and to provide a basis for improving the quality of infectious diseases reporting.MethodsFrom 2018 to 2020,infectious disease diagnosis and treatment registered cases in 161 medical institutions of different levels in Heze City were investigated.The weighted technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)method was used to and to calculate the comprehensive quality index of infectious disease reports in different years or different types of medical institutions.ResultsA total of 5900 cases were investigated in this study.The overall nfectious disease reporting rate,timeliness rate of reporting,integrity rate of report cards,accuracy rate of report cards,consistency rate of network report information,and completeness rate of ID number were 98.69%,99.85%,97.33%,97.24%,97.54%,and 99.16%,respectively.Comprehensive quality results of different years or different types of medical institutions showed as follows:2020>2019>2018;provincial and municipal level>county and district level>township level;level II>level II>level I or not classified.The report rate of internal medicine in hospitalized cases(96.80%)was low,and the report rate of other infectious diarrhea in class C infectious diseases(96.43%)was low.Conclusion The quality of infectious diseases reporting in Heze City is good,but the report quality of some medical institutions,departments,and disease types still needs to be improved.
