摘　　要：为改善和提升南苏丹瓦屋地区维和官兵的卫生保障能力,确保其身体健康。本文针对南苏丹瓦屋地区恶劣自然条件下的卫生防病策略进行论述。调研显示,通过对严格选拔医务人员,搞好专题教育;做好防暑工作,加强皮肤病防治;提前接种疫苗,备足相关药品;做好消毒、灭蟑、防蚊、防晒、防毒蛇工作;加强卫生力量;加强饮食饮水管理,防止食物中毒;加强空运能力,提高药品疫苗质量等方面进行论述,可改进该地区维和部队的卫生工作。上述策略将为维和部队的卫生防病工作提供科学参考。The research aim is to improve and enhance the health security capacity of the peacekeeping officers and soldiers in the Wawu Area of South Sudan,and to ensure the health of the peacekeeping officers and soldiers.This paper discusses the prevention and control strategies under the harsh natural conditions in the Wawu Area of South Sudan.The investigation found that the health condition of peacekeeping forces in the region canbe improved through strict selection of medical staff,a good job in special education,heat prevention,strengthen the prevention and treatment of skin diseases;pre-vaccination,sufficient preparation of related drugs;a good job in disinfection,cockroach control,mosquito prevention,sunscreen,anti-venom snake;strengthening the health force,improving the management of diet and drinking water to prevent food poisoning,enhancing the ability of air transport,improving the quality of drugs and vaccines,etcetera,the above-mentioned strategies will provide scientific reference for the health and disease prevention work of peacekeeping forces.
