摘  要:目的 识别和评估武汉市第七届世界军人运动会(简称“军运会”)期间血吸虫病突发公共卫生事件风险,为预防和降低传播风险提供依据。方法 采用文献检索、头脑风暴、专家会商法等对血吸虫病突发公共卫生事件风险进行识别,结合疫情数据进行描述性分析,采用风险矩阵法对该风险进行分析和评价。结果 在识别的53个风险事件中,血吸虫病本地暴发的可能性排第36名,后果的严重性排第25名,风险等级为中风险。根据场馆和钉螺环境图层定位,识别出10个可能对军运会产生影响的血吸虫病风险环境和赛事,并对风险分级,其中中风险场所6个,低风险场馆或赛事4个。根据风险评估结果确定防控优先次序和分级措施,军运会期间及之后未发生血吸虫病相关风险事件。结论 此评估实现了有限卫生资源的合理配置,为血吸虫病卫生防护和军运会期间该病疫情的早期预警提供直接决策技术依据和指导建议。Objective To identify and assessthe risk of schistosomiasis public health emergencies during the 7th CISM Military World Games in Wuhan(referred to as"Military Games"),and provide a basis for prevention and reduce the risk of transmission.Methods The risk of schistosomiasis public health emergencies was identified by literature retrieval,brainstorming,and expert consultation.Descriptive analysis was carried out based on epidemic data,and risk matrix analysis was used to analyze and evaluate the risk.Results Among the 53 risk events identified,the possibility of local outbreaks of schistosomiasis ranked 36th and the severity of consequences ranked 25th,with a risk rating of medium risk.There were 10 schistosomiasis risk environments and competitive events that might have a certain impact on the CISM military games were identified according to the location of the stadium and Oncomelania snail environment layers positioning,and the risk classification was performed,including six mediumrisk stadium and four low-risk stadium or competitive event.Based on the results of the risk assessment,control priorities,and hierarchical measures were determined and no schistosomiasis related risk events occurred during or after the CISM Military World Games.Conclusion The risk assessment realizes the rational allocation of limited health resources and effectively provided direct decision-making technical basis and guidance for schistosomiasis health protection and the early warning of schistosomiasis epidemic during the CISM Military World Games.
