摘　　要：近年,我国对外贸易日益便捷,各地区口岸进出口业务不断增加,入境集装箱数量急剧增加,导致境外病媒生物携带的病原体在国内广泛传播,给我国生物安全防护带来极大威胁。据世界卫生组织统计,由病媒生物传播的疾病占全部传染病的17%以上,每年导致近70多万人死亡。目前,我国对部分流行性疾病的发生源头调查尚不明确,因此,加强对各地区口岸入境集装箱、船舶以及口岸本底调查的检测变得刻不容缓。本综述汇总分析2018—2022年各地区口岸所采集的病媒生物及其所携带的病原体,提出相应防治措施,以期达到预防传染性疾病的目的。In recent years,the foreign trade of our country is increasingly convenient,and the import and export business of ports in various regions is increasing continuously.The number of inbound containers has increased sharply,resulting in the widespread spread of pathogens carried by overseas disease vectors,which brings a great threat to the bio-safety of our country.According to the statistics of the World Health Organization,diseases transmitted by vectors account for more than 17%of all infectious diseases,resulting in nearly more than 700000 deaths every year.At present,the source of some epidemic diseases in China is not clear,so it is urgent to strengthen the detection in different regions of entry containers at ports,ships and port background survey.This review summarizes and analyzes the vectors collected by various ports of regionsand the pathogens they carry from 2018 to 2022,and puts forward corresponding prevention and control measures in order to achieve the purpose of preventing infectious diseases.
