摘　　要：应急产业是我国应急管理能力提升的基础与支撑。在理论分析我国应急产业竞争力影响因素的基础上,提出一种不同于经典范式的产业竞争力分析框架,使用2012-2022年的省域面板数据展开实证检验。结果显示:一是生产要素投入对应急产业竞争力有直接影响;二是产业环境对应急产业竞争力有间接影响;三是辅助产业、市场需求对生产要素投入有正向促进作用;四是产业组织结构对应急产业竞争力具有促进作用。因此,应注重人才培养、增加资金投入,改善产业环境,优化产业组织结构。Emergency industry is the foundation and support for the improvement of China's emergency management capability.Based on the theoretical analysis of the influencing factors of China's emergency industry competitiveness,a different exemplary industrial competitiveness analysis framework is proposed,and the provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022 are used to carry out empirical testing.The results show that:(1)the input of production factors has a direct impact on the competitiveness of emergency industry,(2)the industrial environment has an indirect impact on the competitiveness of emergency industry,(3)auxiliary industries and market demand have a positive role in promoting the input of production factors,and(4)the industrial organization structure has a promoting effect on the competitiveness of emergency industry.Therefore,we should pay attention to talent training,increase capital investment,improve the industrial environment,and optimize the industrial organizational structure.
