摘　　要：随着历史材料的陆续披露,“联涌案”逐渐受到关注,幕后黑手庆常浮出水面。本文根据吕海寰发回总理衙门的公函稿梳理了此案的调查过程。虽然吕海寰初期的调查并不彻底,但最终还是发现了庆常借洋人自保的企图,他在向朝廷的奏报中并未对案情进行原则性的隐瞒。朝廷意图“保留体面”的处理方式致使庆常最终逃脱惩罚。With the successive disclosure of historical materials,the"Lianyong case"has gradually attracted attention,and the manipulator Qingchang has surfaced.This article summarizes the investigation process of the case based on the manuscript of official letters sent by Lyu Haihuan to Zongli Yamen.Although Lyu's initial investigation was not thorough,he finally discovered Qingchang's attempt to protect himself by relying on the power of foreigners.He did not conceal the case in principle in his report to Zongli Yamen.The intention to"preserve decency"of the Qing central government resulted in Qingchang's eventual exemption from punishment.
