摘 要:以杉木幼苗为试验材料,采用摩西球囊霉和地表球囊霉混合菌剂,利用菌根接种技术,研究了酸胁迫下丛枝菌根真菌对杉木幼苗生长生理的影响。结果表明:pH在4.5~6.8范围内,pH越低,苗高、地径增量越小,叶片中叶绿素含量、净光合速率(P_(n))、水分利用效率(WUE)、胞间二氧化碳浓度(C i)越低,而蒸腾速率(T_(r))、气孔导度(G_(s))和丙二醛(MDA)含量越高,SOD、POD、CAT活性随pH降低表现为先上升后下降趋势。接种菌根后,在pH为4.5~5.5时,苗高、地径增量显著增加,叶绿素含量、P_(n)、WUE、C i增大,T_(r)、G_(s)、MDA含量减小,SOD、POD、CAT活性增强。研究认为,丛枝菌根能有效提升杉木幼苗的光合能力与抗氧化性,幼苗耐酸性增强。In this experiment,the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the growth and physiology of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings under acid stress were studied by mycorrhizal inoculation technology with Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings as experimental materials,Glomus mosseae and Glomus terreus as mixed agents.The results showed as follows:in the range of pH 4.5-6.8,the lower the pH value was,the smaller the increment of seedling height and ground diameter was,the lower the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),water use efficiency(WUE)and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(C i)in leaves were,while the transpiration rate(T r),stomatal conductance(G s)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in leaves were higher.The activities of SOD,POD and CAT increased first and then decreased with the decrease of pH value.After inoculation,when the pH value was in the range of 4.5-5.5,the seedling height and ground diameter increased significantly,chlorophyll content,P_(n),WUE and C i increased,T r,G s and MDA content decreased,and SOD,POD and CAT activity increased.Studies have shown that arbuscular mycorrhizal can effectively improve the photosynthetic capacity and antioxidant capacity of Cunninghamia lanceolata seedlings,and the acid resistance of seedlings is enhanced.
