摘  要:SMA-负刚度摩擦摆支座是在负刚度摩擦摆支座上布置SMA丝或索的一种新型隔震装置。首先介绍了该新型隔震装置的构造特点和工作原理,随后对负刚度摩擦摆支座和布置SMA丝或索的SMA-负刚度摩擦摆支座进行了试验研究,并建立了其恢复力模型,最后通过有限元模拟探讨了位移幅值、摩擦系数、竖向荷载和SMA丝的数量对SMA-负刚度摩擦摆支座力学性能的影响。结果表明:相较于SMA丝,选用的SMA索耗能更大,但残余应变也更大;负刚度摩擦摆支座需搭配SMA等材料形成复合型支座使用,且SMA丝一定要绷直布置在支座两侧;SMA-负刚度摩擦摆支座的力学性能良好,竖向荷载、摩擦系数在增加耗能方面,比提高恢复力更突出,而位移幅值、SMA丝提高恢复力的效果比增加耗能更加显著。SMA-negative stiffness friction pendulum bearing is a new type of isolation device with SMA wires or cables arranged on the negative stiffness friction pendulum bearing.In this paper,firstly,the structural characteristics and working principle of the new isolation device were introduced.Then,experimental studies were carried out on the negative stiffness friction pendulum bearings and SMA-negative stiffness friction pendulum bearings with SMA wires or cables,and their restoring force models were established.Finally,the effects of displacement amplitude,friction coefficient,vertical load and number of SMA wires on the mechanical properties of SMA-negative stiffness friction pendulum bearings were discussed by finite element simulation.The results show that compared with SMA wire,the SMA cable selected has higher energy consumption and larger residual strain;The negative stiffness friction pendulum bearing should be used with SMA and other materials to form a composite bearing,and the SMA wire must be stretched on both sides of bearing;The SMA-negative stiffness friction pendulum bearing has good mechanical performance.The vertical load and friction coefficient are more prominent in increasing the energy consumption than in improving the resilience,while the displacement amplitude and SMA wire are more effective in improving the resilience than in increasing the energy consumption.
