摘  要:为了探究建设工程参建主体造成脚手架事故的内在影响,提出系统理论过程分析(STPA)和复杂网络节点重要性评价相结合的方法分析参建主体内部和之间的作用关系。制定事故STPA执行过程的4个步骤,提取历史事故案例中的不安全控制行为及组织致因,形成行为-致因网络,利用复杂网络强度和加权集聚系数构成的指标评价致因节点的重要性。结果表明,脚手架事故的重要组织致因是施工单位安全生产责任落实不到位,监理单位未审核施工单位的施工方案等,反映出施工单位内部的作用关系以及监理单位和施工单位之间的作用关系对事故有重要影响。研究找出了脚手架事故中参建主体内部和之间的主要作用关系,在事故预防上具有理论和实践意义。In order to explore the internal impact of construction stakeholders on scaffolding accidents,a approach integrating System Theoretic Process Analysis(STPA)and importance evaluation of complex network nodes are proposed to analyze the interactions within and between construction stakeholders.Four steps of STPA on accidents are developed to extract the unsafe control behaviors and organizational causal factors from historical accident cases,and causal network of unsafe control behaviorsis constructed.The importance of causal nodes is evaluated on indicators integrating strength and weighted clustering coefficient of complex network.The results show the main organizational causal factors on accidents,such as lack of safety responsibility in construction units and lack of supervisory organization’s supervision on construction plans of construction units,reflect the role interactions within construction units and between supervisory organizations and construction units having a significant impact on the accident.This study determined the main interactions within and between construction stakeholders on scaffolding accidents,which has theoretical and practical significance on accident prevention.
