超长公路隧道群施工救援与交通拥堵疏散平台设计关键技术

摘　　要：秦岭天台山超长公路隧道群具有“超长、多车道、大埋深、长纵坡、高桥隧比、生态敏感”等多种显著工程特征,其施工组织难度大、运营安全风险高、防灾救援要求高。隧道群中的秦岭天台山特长隧道北口为“V字形”山谷,缺少合适的施工救援、交通疏散、长纵坡段临时停车和重车降温场地。设计了一种适用于超长公路隧道群的救援疏散平台——神沙河大桥,可有效解决此问题。该桥由5座连续刚构桥横向并排组成,各桥相互独立,横向通过纵向桥面伸缩缝进行连接。该桥存在山体高耸直立陡峭、河道上游多处崩塌体、横向连接精度要求高、施工作业面狭窄和施工组织困难等诸多难点,为此进行了沿山体走势布设桥梁、沿河挡墙叠加保护高桩承台、纵向桥面伸缩缝特殊设计、“眼镜状”桥台施工操作洞室、设置连续开口式活动护栏等创新设计,以期为境内外同类型工程提供参考。The super long highway tunnels in Tiantaishan of Qinling Mountains are featured with remarkable engineering characteristics,such as“super long,multi-laned,with large buried depth,long longitudinal slope,high bridge tunnel ratio,and ecological sensitivity”.Its construction organization is difficult,operation safety risks are high,and disaster prevention and rescue requirements are challenging.The north entrance of Qinling Tiantaishan super long tunnel in the tunnel group is a V-shaped valley,where lacks suitable sites for construction rescue,traffic evacuation,temporary parking in the long longitudinal slope section and cooling places for heavy vehicles.In this paper,a rescue and evacuation platform,the Shensha River Bridge,which is suitable for super long highway tunnels,is designed to effectively solve this problem.The bridge is composed of five continuous rigid frame bridges horizontally side by side.Each bridge is independent of each other and connected horizontally through the longitudinal expansion joints on the bridge deck.Construction of the bridge faces various challenge,such as towering upright and steep mountain,multiple collapse bodies in the upstream of the river,high requirements for lateral connection accuracy,narrow construction work face and difficult construction organization.For this reason,innovative designs such as designing bridges along the mountain trend,protecting high pile caps by overlapping retaining walls along the river,innovative design of longitudinal bridge deck expansion joints,“glasses like”abutment construction operation caverns,and setting continuous open movable guardrails have been carried out,so as to provide reference for similar projects at home and abroad.
