摘  要:广西隆安~硕龙高速公路那桐右江特大桥全长685 m,主桥为单孔220 m下承式钢管混凝土刚架系杆拱桥,矢跨比为1/4.5,拱轴系数为1.146。主桥拱肋与下部结构采用固结自平衡体系,恒载作用下无外部推力;主桥桥面系采用半飘浮体系,端部设置竖向支座;拱肋采用钢管混凝土四管桁式截面;吊杆采用整束挤压成型钢绞线;系杆采用全防腐型整束可换可调高强度低松弛钢绞线成品拉索;桥面系采用钢纵、横梁与混凝土桥面板形成的组合梁格构体系。为适应通航水域条件,主桥架设采用先拱后梁施工方案。采用Midas/Civil和Midas/FEA NX分别建立全桥和局部空间有限元模型,对本桥静力、动力、稳定、抗震性能以及拱肋上吊点、吊杆横梁下吊点应力进行了分析。结果表明,主桥在施工阶段与运营阶段整体受力性能良好、安全可靠,局部构造设计合理、应力可控。The Natong Youjiang River Bridge in Long'an-Shuolong Expressway is 685 m long,which is located in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China.The main bridge is a through tied steel pipe concrete arch rigid frame bridge with a single-span of 220 m,a rise span ratio of 1/4.5 and an arch axis coefficient of 1.146.The main bridge arch ribs and the substructure are rigid-framed as a self-balancing system without external thrust under the dead load.The main bridge deck system adopts semi-floating system with vertical bearings at the end of girders.The arch ribs are made of steel pipe and concrete with a four-pipe truss cross section.The suspenders are made of extruded steel strands,and the ties are made of low-slack steel strands which are fully corrosion-resistant,adjustable and high-strength.The deck system is made of steel longitudinal and transverse girders and concrete deck slabs to form a combined beam lattice system.In order to adapt to the navigable water conditions,the main bridge is constructed using the firstarch and second-girder plan.The full bridge and local space finite element models are built by Midas/Civil and Midas/FEA NX respectively,and the static,dynamic,stability and seismic performance of this bridge as well as the stresses at the suspension points on the arch ribs and the suspension points under the boom crossbeam are analyzed.The results show that the whole bridge is safe and reliable with a perfect performance in the construction and operation stages,and the local structure design is reasonable with controlled stress.
