摘  要:隧道出入口、山区路段、悬崖等特殊路段一般驾驶视线盲区大、坡长而陡,安全事故频发,严重时造成车毁人亡,带来无可挽回的生命财产损失。针对特殊路段安全防护的需求,通过结构刚度匹配设计方法,设计一种道路安全防护设施,并利用新材料、新技术开展新型耗能元件研究,通过小型车辆、中型车辆、大型车辆仿真计算结果,结合SB级、SA级防护等级下的足尺实车碰撞试验数据,证明设施研发的可行性及防护效果的显著性。在撞击发生时,纳米吸能道路安全防护设施可有效保证司机、乘员及车辆安全,减少经济损失;提出的快速化施工工艺,为交通安全领域提供成套技术基础。Tunnel entrances,mountain sections,cliffs and other special sections are generally blind areas of driving sight,with long and steep slopes and frequent safety accidents,which in serious cases cause car wrecks and deaths,and bring irreparable loss of life and property.To meet the safety protection requirements of special sections,a road safety protection facility is designed through the structural stiffness matching design method,and new materials and technologies are used to carry out research on new energy-consuming components.Through the simulation calculation results of small vehicles,medium vehicles and large vehicles,combined with full-size solid vehicle crash test data under SB and SA protection,the feasibility of facility research and development and the significance of protective effect are demonstrated.When the collision occurs,the road safety protection facilities of nano energy absorption can effectively ensure the safety of drivers,passengers and vehicles,and reduce economic losses.The proposed rapid construction technology provides a complete set of technical basis for the field of traffic safety.
