摘  要:点阵材料由于其优异的力学性能、轻质化以及较强的能量吸收性能,在提升汽车碰撞安全性能等方面具有显著的效果。文章采用试验与仿真的方法对BCC点阵材料在压缩及弯曲工况下力学特性进行深入研究,揭示了其变形机制及能量吸收特性;随后将其应用于客车纵梁与立柱中,揭示了BCC点阵填充薄壁结构在提升整车碰撞安全性能中的优势。Due to its excellent mechanical properties,lightweight and strong energy absorption properties,lattice materials have significant effects in improving automobile crash safety perfor-mance.In this paper,the mechanical properties of BCC lattice materials under compression and bending conditions are studied in depth by experimental and simulation methods,and their deformation mechanism and energy absorption characteristics are revealed.Subsequently,it is applied to the longitudinal beam and column of the bus,revealing the advantages of BCC dot matrix filled thin-walled structure in improving the collision safety performance of the whole vehicle.
