摘 要:循环寿命是动力电池的核心技术参数,循环测试工况是动力电池寿命测试的核心内容。为进一步完善动力电池循环测试工况,文章首先分析了中国乘用车行驶工况(CLTC-P)、新欧洲驾驶循环(NEDC)等国内、海外标准及学术界车辆行驶工况,介绍了理论计算和实车测试两种车辆行驶工况向动力电池工况转化的方法,梳理了国内外动力电池循环工况情况,并展望了未来动力电池循环工况完善方向。文章将对动力电池循环工况的完善提供参考。Cycle life is the core technical parameter of traction batteries,and cycle testing profiles are the core content of traction battery cycle life test.In order to further improve the cycle testing profiles of traction batteries,this work firstly analyzes domestic and overseas standards such as China light-duty vehicle test cycle for passenger car(CLTC-P)and new European driving cycle(NEDC),as well as academic vehicle driving profiles.Two methods for converting vehicle driving profiles from theoretical calculation or actual vehicle testing to traction battery conditions are introduced.The domestic and overseas cycle profiles of traction batteries are also shown.Finally,the direction of improving the cycling profiles of traction batteries is pointed out.This paper will provide reference for improving the cycling profiles of traction batteries in the future.
