摘　　要：以宿州市为例,基于AHP评估绿色生态乡村旅游扶贫增收效果。将绿色生态乡村旅游扶贫效果作为因变量,从事实和价值两个维度选择效果评估指标。在事实维度中,分析扶贫政策的效果性、回应性与效率性;在价值维度中,分析扶贫政策的公平性和发展性。在两个维度的共同作用下,基于AHP确定指标权重,构建绿色生态乡村旅游扶贫增收效果评估模型,结合宿州市绿色生态乡村旅游扶贫增收数据获取模型结果,对宿州市的绿色生态乡村旅游扶贫增收效果进行评估。结果表明:宿州市的绿色生态乡村旅游扶贫项目,具有因地制宜的效果,形成了以地区特色为主的行业结构,吸引了大量的高质量人才回乡,带动了周边县区的旅游发展,恢复了当地的生态环境,具有较好的增收效果。This article takes Suzhou City as an example and evaluates the income increase effect of green ecological rural tourism poverty alleviation based on AHP.Using the poverty alleviation effect of green ecological rural tourism as the depen-dent variable,the paper selects effectiveness evaluation indicators from two perspectives:the fact dimension and the value di-mension.In the factual dimension,the paper analyzes the effectiveness,responsiveness,and efficiency of poverty alleviation policies,and in the value dimension,analyze the fairness and development of poverty alleviation policies.Under the joint ac-tion of two dimensions based on AHP in order to determine indicator weights,then builds an evaluation model for the poverty alleviation and income increase effect of green ecological rural tourism,and combine the model results with the poverty alle-viation and income increase data of green ecological rural tourism in Suzhou City to evaluate the poverty alleviation and in-come increase effect of green ecological rural tourism in Suzhou City.The results show that the green ecological rural tourism poverty alleviation project in Suzhou City has the effect of adapting to local conditions,forming an industry structure with re-gional characteristics as the main focus,attracting a large number of high-quality talents to return to their hometowns,driving the tourism development of surrounding counties and districts,restoring the local ecological environment,and having a good income increase effect.
