摘　　要：随着医院信息化的发展,移动医疗、院间会诊和院前急救等业务逐步在医院部署实施,对无线网络的稳定性、可靠性和安全性提出了更高的要求。基于某医院网络现状,分析比选运营商5G专网三种组网模式,设计5G专网解决方案,配置网络安全策略,完成了医院试点科室5G专网部署。通过测试5G专网性能,运行基于5G专网的应用并检验5G安全策略,验证5G专网是否达成预期目标。最终建成了医院院前、院间和院内5G专网,提升了网络传输性能,优化了移动医疗服务质量,提高了医护人员工作效率。With the development of hospital informatization technology,the medical businesses such as the mobile medicine,the inter hospital consultation and the pre-hospital first aid are deployed in hospitals,which put forward higher requirements on the stability,reliability and safety of wireless network.Base on the current environment of one hospital,three networking ways of the 5G private network has been analysed and compared.A solution of 5G private network has been designed as well as the network security policies have been configured,and 5G network has been deployed in the pilot departments.A quality test and several applications of 5G private network have been carried out to verify the expected targets.Finally the hospital 5G private network has been completed,the performance of the mobile medical service has been optimized and the efficiency has been increased.
