基于双钻石模型改善社区老人体检服务的设计研究

摘　　要：面向社区居家养老模式下带来的设计思考,运用设计思维双钻石模型方法优化社区慢性病老人的体检服务流程。以武汉市东亭社区为主要研究对象,运用定量问卷调查法和定性访谈混合方式观察社区老人体检服务行为需求现状。从“探索—定义—开发—交付”4个阶段找到亟须解决痛点。提出以人文本和可持续健康发展的设计策略,从产品层面和服务层面构建移动体检模块、环境服务模块、App评估系统模块。为解决老龄化社会遇到的问题提供新的参考。To optimize the medical checkup service process for the chronically ill elderly in the community by applying the design thinking double diamond model method.A mixed method of the quantitative questionnaire and the qualitative interview was used to observe the current situation of the demand for medical check-up services for the elderly in Wuhan Dongting community.The four stages of"explore-define-develop-deliver"were used to discover the pain points that need solving.The design strategy of human-oriented and sustainable health development is proposed to optimize the queue booking module,mobile medical module,collaborative diagnosis and treatment module,and posttracking module,providing new references to solve the problems encountered in China's aging society.
