摘  要:为了研究单层连续配筋混凝土(CRCP)+沥青混凝土(AC)复合式路面的早期结构行为,在CRCP混凝土层中埋设了应变和温度传感器,对混凝土浇筑后一年内的裂缝发展情况、温度变化和应变数据进行了监测,分析了CRCP的纵横向结构内应变变化规律。结果表明:夏季浇筑的单层连续配筋CRCP横向裂缝在混凝土浇筑后一个月内大量出现;混凝土板顶的日应变幅值大于板中和板底相应值;横向裂缝以表层温度和干湿变化引起的自上而下开裂为主,同时伴有少量因半刚性基层干缩引起的自下而上的开裂。统计结果显示,横向裂缝间距和裂缝宽度呈现弱正相关,且二者均服从对数正态分布。夏季浇筑混凝土总应变值整体来看在一年内与气温基本呈负相关,且混凝土总体处于受压状态。路面板边混凝土纵横向自由度明显大于路面平面中间位置混凝土。路面混凝土表面纵横向翘曲敏感性显著强于中下层,CRCP更易产生自上而下的开裂。In order to study the early structural behavior of composite pavement that consists of single-layer continuously reinforced concrete pavement(CRCP) and asphalt concrete(AC) surface,the strain and temperature sensors are embedded in the concrete layer of CRCP.The cracking development,temperature variation and strain data are monitored and collected in the first year after the concrete casting,and the data is used to survey the internal strain variation law along both the longitudinal and transverse direction for the CRCP layer.The results show that the cracking occurs a lot in the first month as the CRCP is constructed in the summer.The daily strain variation amplitude for the concrete top is larger than that of the concrete middle and bottom.The transverse crack mainly initiates from top to down,which is related to the temperature and the humidity change of the concrete top.In the meantime,a small number of transverse crack raises from the bottom to top,which originates by the drying shrinkage of semi-rigid base layer.The transverse cracking space presents weak positive correlation with the cracking width statistically,and both of them are lognormally distributed.The total strain of summer cast concrete is negatively correlated with the air temperature,and the concrete is compressed almost all the time.The degree of freedom for the plate edge is obviously larger than that of the horizontal middle position of the plate along both the longitudinal and transverse direction.The curing potential of the plate top is more sensitive than that of the plate middle and the bottom,and the top-down cracking is more prone to develop.
