摘  要:聚合物混凝土作为一种新型钢桥面铺装材料,各项性能均优于传统沥青基材料,但防水黏结层选择不当,易使桥面发生层间破坏,严重影响铺装层的使用寿命。为了解决这一难题,以务滋村大桥为依托,首先利用ABAQUS软件建立三维有限元模型,分析钢桥面聚合物混凝土铺装层层间最不利荷位,并计算层间最大拉应力和剪应力;其次通过聚合物-钢板复合试件的室内剪切和拉拔试验,确定自主研发的PPU-BONDER和环氧树脂两种黏层材料的最佳涂覆量;最后对两种黏层材料的感温性和耐久性进行分析评价。试验结果表明:全桥最不利荷位位于距离横隔板1.6 m的腹板中点处,常温(25℃)下层间最大拉应力、剪应力分别为0.97 MPa、0.91 MPa;两种黏层材料的最佳涂覆量均在0.6 kg/m^(2);PPU-BONDER黏层材料的强度受温度影响小,且常温下的剪切与拉拔强度为环氧树脂黏层材料的2倍以上;PPU-BONDER黏层材料具有更好的抗冻融和抗老化性能;PPU-BONDER是一种更适用于聚合物混凝土钢桥面铺装的黏结层材料。Polymer concrete is a new steel bridge deck pavement material,which has better performance than traditional asphalt-based materials.However,improper selection of the waterproof bonding layer can easily cause interlayer damage to the bridge deck,which can severely affect the service life of the pavement layer.In order to solve the problem,a three-dimensional finite element model is established using ABAQUS software relying on the Wuzicun Bridge in the paper,the most unfavorable load position between the polymer concrete pavement layer and the steel bridge deck is analyzed,and the maximum tensile and shear stresses between the layers are calculated.Secondly,through the laboratory shear and pullout test of polymer-steel plate composite specimens,the optimal coating amount of two kinds of bonding layer materials that are independently developed,PPU-BONDER and epoxy resin,are determined.Finally,the temperature sensitivity and durability of the two materials are analyzed and evaluated.The test results show that the most unfavorable load point of the bridge is located at the midpoint of the web at 1.6 m from the cross-sectional plate,and the maximum tensile and shear stresses between the layers under room temperature(25℃)are 0.97 MPa and 0.91 MPa respectively;the optimum coating amount of both bonding layer materials is 0.6 kg/m~2;the strength of PPU-BONDER bonding layer material is minor affected by temperature,and the shear and pullout strengths under room temperature are 2 times of that of epoxy resin bonding layer material.At the same time,PPU-BONDER has better freeze-thaw and aging resistance properties.Therefore,PPU-BONDER is more suitable for waterproofing bonding layer for polymer concrete steel bridge deck pavement.
