摘  要:制备了4种不同橡胶粉(crumb rubber,CR)掺量的沥青灌缝胶,对其进行了流动度试验、软化点试验、热重-差示热扫描连用技术(TG-DTA)和差示热扫描分析(DSC),探究了橡胶粉对灌缝胶高温性能和热稳定性的影响;同时采用了傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和荧光显微镜分析了CR对灌缝胶的改性机理。结果表明:掺入的CR能够吸收轻组分发生溶胀作用,提高灌缝胶的黏度与硬度,改善沥青灌缝胶的抗嵌入异物能力以及回弹能力;CR显著提高了灌缝胶的软化点,改善了灌缝胶的高温性能;CR的掺入有利于改善灌缝胶的热稳定性,但过量的CR对灌缝胶的热稳定性无明显促进作用;CR的溶胀作用与其同灌缝胶间的化学反应共同增强了基质沥青与聚合物分子之间的相容性。研究可知,CR可以作为改性剂制备具有优良高温性能的沥青灌缝胶。Four kinds of asphalt sealants with different crumb rubber(CR) contents are prepared in this paper,and effects of CR contents on the high temperature performance and thermal stability of four samples are evaluated by fluidity test,softening point test,thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),respectively.Furthermore,the mechanism of CR on crack repair material properties is analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and fluorescence microscope.The results show that adding CR can absorb the light components and swell,which can help CR increase the viscosity and hardness of the crack repair material and improve its anti-embedded foreign matter and resilience;on the other hand,CR significantly increases the softening point and improve the high temperature performance of the crack repair material.The incorporation of CR is beneficial to improve the thermal stability of sealant,but excessive CR does not significantly promote the thermal stability of sealant.The swelling effect of CR and the chemical reaction between CR and the crack repair material jointly promote the compatibility between the matrix asphalt and polymer molecules.In conclusion,CR can be used as a modifier to prepare asphalt sealant with outstanding high temperature performance.
