摘 要:公路建设会改变沿线地质环境状况。以G241梅溪至资源公路与资源国家地质公园为研究对象,分析公路建设对地质公园的环境影响,从地质环境、生态环境、社会环境等方面选取13个评价指标,构建公路建设对地质公园环境影响评价指标体系,利用AHP法确定各评价因子的权重,得出:地质遗迹、地形地貌、土壤环境、水环境、区域经济发展、居民生活质量是公路建设对地质公园环境影响最为重要的因子。根据G241梅溪至资源公路与资源国家地质公园背景资料,由专家投票构建模糊矩阵,通过模糊综合评价得到G241梅溪至资源公路建设对资源国家地质公园影响等级为小,这与实地调查结果相吻合,客观反映出G241梅溪至资源公路建设对资源国家地质公园影响现状,也表明AHP法和模糊综合评价法在公路建设对地质公园环境影响评价方面具有较强实用性。Highway construction can change the environmental status of geology.In this paper,the G241 Meixi-Ziyuan Highway and the Guangxi Ziyuan National Geopark are taken as research objects to analyze the environmental impact of highway construction on the geopark.Thirteen assessment indexes are chosen from the perspective of the geological environment,ecological environment,and social environment to construct the index system that can be used to assess the impact of highway construction on the geopark.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is used to assess the weight of various assessment factors,and it is found that geological relics,topography,soil environments,water environments,regional economic development and residents' quality of life are the most important factors of highway construction that can affect the geopark environment.According to the background materials of the G241 Meixi – Ziyuan Highway and the Guangxi Ziyuan National Geopark,some experts are invited to vote to construct the fuzzy matrix.Through fuzzy comprehensive assessment,it can be noticed that the impact grade of the G241 Meixi-Ziyuan Highway on the Guangxi Ziyuan National Geopark is low,which coincides with the field survey results.This can not only objectively reflect the impact of the G241 Meixi-Ziyuan Highway on the Guangxi Ziyuan National Geopark,but also suggest that the AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method are very helpful to assess the impact of highway construction on the geopark environment.
