摘　　要：互联网医院的监管主要包括事前、事中、事后三个阶段,当前分别存在准入标准不统一、过程管理机制失范、医疗责任界定困难的问题。对此提出完善互联网医院监管机制的建议:严格准入监管,规范过程管理,健全纠纷预防、责任追溯机制,助推互联网医院良性发展。The supervision of internet hospitals mainly includes three stages:prior supervision,in-process supervision and post-supervision.Currently,there are problems such as inconsistent access standards,inadequate process management mechanisms,and difficulty in defining medical responsibilities.In order to promote the prosperous development of internet hospitals,this article proposes suggestions for improving the supervision mechanism of internet hospitals,including strict access supervision,standardizing process management,improving dispute prevention and responsibility tracing mechanisms.
