摘　　要：本文系统地阐述共同富裕的富裕、共享、可持续逻辑,科学构建共同富裕指标评价体系,利用熵权TOQSIS法测算2010—2020年中国共同富裕事实格局,分析其动态演进规律、区域差异来源及主要障碍因素。研究表明:(1)中国共同富裕水平整体上呈现出不断提升的演进趋势,区域间呈现出“东部>中部>西部”的格局。各省份之间共同富裕水平存在较大差异,领先省份占少数而落后省份占多数。东部地区呈现绝对差异扩大的趋势,中西部地区有绝对差异缩小的趋势。(2)中国共同富裕发展非均衡主要来自区域间差异,存在小幅递减趋势,其中贡献率最高的为东-西部区域间差异,其次为东-中部。区域内差异对共同富裕发展非均衡的贡献仅次于区域间,其中贡献率最大的为东部区域内差异。(3)多数省份共同富裕进程的核心障碍因素是共享性不足,同时有近三分之二省份的富裕性障碍度趋于提升。本研究为新时代新征程扎实推动共同富裕提供了重要事实依据和路径启发。This paper systematically describes the logic of affluence,sharing and sustainability of common prosperity,sci⁃entifically constructs the index evaluation system of common prosperity,uses entropy weight TOQSIS method to estimate the level of common prosperity in China from 2010 to 2020,and analyzes its dynamic evolution law,sources of regional differences and main obstacles.The results show that:(1)The level of common prosperity in China presents a trend of continuous improve⁃ment on the whole,and the pattern of“East>Middle>West”is presented among regions.There are great differences in the level of common prosperity among provinces,with leading provinces accounting for a minority and backward provinces for a ma⁃jority.The absolute difference in the Eastern region showed a trend of expanding,and the absolute difference in the Central and Western regions showed a trend of decreasing.(2)The unbalanced development of common prosperity in China mainly comes from inter-regional differences,with a slight decreasing trend.The highest contribution rate is the inter-regional difference be⁃tween East and West,followed by East-Central.The contribution of intra-regional differences to the unbalanced development of common prosperity is second only to inter-regional differences,among which the contribution rate of intra-regional differences is the largest.(3)The core obstacle to the process of common prosperity in most provinces is the lack of sharing,and nearly two thirds of provinces tend to increase the degree of barrier to prosperity.This study provides an important factual basis and path in⁃spiration for promoting common prosperity in the new era and on the new journey.
