摘　　要：推动中国经贸高质量发展是新时期至关重要的课题,其重心就是要完成新旧动能的转换,其中出口型制造业高质量发展是直接关系新旧动能转换的主要内容。中国传统低端出口型制造业弊端不断显现,过去一直遵循的传统比较优势难以支撑新时期出口型制造业高质量发展,亟待探索符合中国实际国情的高质量发展赶超道路。本文引入一个新的理论视角——从综合优势战略理论角度探讨中国出口型制造业高质量发展模式,并为塑造中国出口型制造业高质量发展新优势提供具体实现路径。Promoting the high-quality development of China′s economy and trade is a crucial issue in the new era,and its focus is to complete the conversion of old and new kinetic energy.Among them,the high-quality development of export-oriented manufacturing is the main content directly related to the conversion of old and new kinetic energy.The disadvantages of China′s traditional low-end export-oriented manufacturing industry are constantly emerging.The traditional comparative advantages that have been followed in the past are difficult to support the high-quality development of export-oriented manufacturing in the new era.It is urgent to explore a high-quality development path that suits China′s actual national conditions.This paper introduces a new theoretical perspective--discussing the high-quality development model of China′s export-oriented manufacturing industry from the perspective of comprehensive advantage strategy theory,and provides a specific realization path for shaping the new ad⁃vantages of high-quality development of China′s export-oriented manufacturing industry.
