摘　　要：通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库和PubMed数据库,对近年国内外的相关研究文献进行分析。针刺疗法作为临床治疗缺血性脑卒中的常规治疗方法,具有明确的治疗效果,但其作用机制尚不完全明确,有效减轻炎症反应是针刺减轻脑缺血神经功能损伤的重要环节。目前的文献论及针刺减轻缺血性脑损伤炎症反应的相关机制涉及神经胶质细胞、细胞因子、细胞黏附因子、炎症信号转导通路等几个方面,可见针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中是通过多靶点、多层次、多水平而发挥作用。若想将其机制研究彻底,还需进行更深入的探索。By searching China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database and PubMed Database,the relevant research literature at home and abroad in the recent years were analyzed.It is found that acupuncture,as a routine method for the clinical treatment of ischemic stroke,has clear therapeutic effect,but its mechanism is not completely clear.Effective reduction of inflammatory response is an important link of acupuncture to reduce the injury of cerebral ischemic nerve function.At present,the literature discuss that the related mechanism of acupuncture alleviating the inflammatory response of ischemic brain injury involves glial cells,cytokines,cell adhesion molecules,inflammatory signal transduction pathway and so on.It can be seen that acupuncture plays a role in the treatment of ischemic stroke from multi-targets and multi-levels.If we want to study its mechanism thoroughly,we need to explore it more deeply.
