摘　　要：岭南针药相须流派作为岭南地区特色中医流派,在传承经典的基础上,经过多代传承人的临床实践总结,形成了辨经辨证、针药结合的流派特色诊治模式。注重从审清瘀血损伤、外邪阻滞两大类病因病机着手,以经络辨证取穴为总纲,临床上强调针灸与药物配合运用,善以眼针改善急性疼痛,常用火针发越祛邪,并用穴位注射、内服汤药达到措后养正之效。系统总结了岭南针药相须流派运用特色学术思想治疗急性腰痛的经验,并附典型医案2则,以供探讨。Lingnan school of mutual synergizing of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese medicine for acute lumbago,as a characteristic Chinese medicine school in the Lingnan area,has formed a unique diagnosis and treatment model of channel differentiation and syndrome differentiation as well as combination of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese medicine,based on the inheritance of classics and the clinical practice of multiple generations of inheritors.Focusing on clarifying the two pathogenesis,namely blood stasis injury,and external pathogen obstruction,taking point selection on channel pattern differentiation as the general principle,the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion and medication are used clinically,eye acupuncture is conducive to improving acute pain,and fire needling is often used to dispel pathogen,and point injection and oral administration of decoctions are used to achieve the effect of taking measures to maintain health.This paper systematically summarizes the experience of using the academic idea of mutual synergizing of acupuncture-moxibustion and Chinese medicine to treat acute lumbago,and attaches two typical medical case for discussion.
