从“七损八益”理论谈儿童养护

摘　　要：关于“七损八益”的内涵阐释,《黄帝内经》并无详解,历代医家、学者各持说法。本文从“七损八益”理论内涵出发,认为“七损八益”是阴阳变化和人体变化的规律性体现。儿童养护需预防疾病及促进生长发育,“七损八益”理论在儿童养护的应用,具体表现为以四时阴阳和人体阴阳变化规律为纲,重视脾胃中枢功能和运气变化规律对小儿的影响。There is no specific explanation of the connotation of“sevenfold reduction and eightfold boost”in Huangdi Neijing(The Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic)and physicians and scholars in past dynasties held different opinions.Starting from the connotation of“sevenfold reduction and eightfold boost”,the authors believe that it is the regular expression of changes of yin and yang and the human body.The nursing care of children lies in the prevention from diseases and promotion of growth and development.With focus on the law of changes of yin-yang of the four seasons and the human body as the key points,the application of theory of“sevenfold reduction and eightfold boost”to the nursing care of children attaches great importance to the effects of central function of the spleen and stomach and law of changes of five circuits and six qi on children.
