摘  要:钙离子(Ca^(2+))是植物信号转导途径的主要信号组分之一,钙依赖蛋白激酶(calcium-dependent protein kinase,CDPK)是Ca2+的信号传感器。当植物感受到自身或外界信号刺激后,细胞中的钙信号经CDPK传递到下游,导致基因表达变化并引发级联反应和一系列生理响应过程。本研究综述了CDPK的结构特征和表达特性,重点介绍了其在植物发育、逆境胁迫应答、气孔运动和激素信号转导等方面的生物学功能,指出CDPK在植物信号转导和应答环境变化过程中的重要作用,并对未来CDPK的研究前景进行了展望,旨在为深入研究CDPK的功能和调控机制提供参考。Calcium ion(Ca^(2+))is one of the main signal components in plant signal transduction pathway.Calcium dependent protein kinase(CDPK)is a Ca2+signal sensor.When plants are stimulated by endogenous or external signals,the calcium signal in the cells is transmitted to the downstream through CDPK,leading to changes in gene expression and triggering a cascade reaction and a series of physiological response processes.In this study,the structure and expression characteristics of CDPK were reviewed,and its biological functions in plant development,stress response,stomatal movement and hormone signal transduction were mainly introduced.The important role of CDPK in plant signal transduction and response to environmental changes was pointed out,and the research prospect of CDPK in the future was prospected,so as to provide reference for further study on the function and regulation mechanism of CDPK.
