摘  要:为研究海南野生益智果实代谢产物与代谢差异,于5月份果实成熟期早期采集海南益智来研究其挥发油化合物特征。本研究选取20组表型差异较大的海南典型野生益智果实为研究对象,利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)的代谢组学技术分析其代谢产物。共鉴定出239种代谢物成分,其中共有代谢物202种,差异代谢物37种。与成熟期益智果实挥发油化合物以倍半萜类和黄酮类为主不同,本研究发现在益智果实发育早期其果实挥发油化合物中特征性化合物大多为萜类和杂环化合物,其中相对含量高的为特征化合物包括4-(2-氨基乙基)吡啶、异-3-叔丁基乙酸酯等。通过KEGG富集分析发现,所有化合物共富集到了8条不同的代谢通路,其中6,6-二甲基-双环(3.1.1)庚-2-烯-2-甲醛、柠檬醛B、(-)-β-双萜烯和月桂烯4种化合物在不同代谢通路的富集中发挥着更重要的作用。本研究对采集的益智果实挥发油进行分析,比较了其中的代谢物成分,获得的结果可为后续益智人工栽培研究、育种和其在医药、食品等行业中的进一步开发应用提供科学依据。In order to study the metabolites and metabolic differences of Hainan wild Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.fruits,the volatile oil compounds of Hainan Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.fruits were collected at the early stage of fruit maturity in May.In this study,twenty groups oftypical wild Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.fruits from Hainan with large phenotypic differences were selected for the study,and their metabolites were analyzed by metabolomics techniques using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).A total of 239 metabolite components were identified in this study,including 202 total metabolites and 37 differential metabolites.Unlike the sesquiterpenoids and flavonoids that dominate the volatile oil compounds in the mature Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.fruits,most of the characteristic compounds in the volatile oil compounds of the Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.fruits in the early stage of development were found to be terpenoids and heterocyclic compounds,among which the relatively high content of the characteristic compounds included 4-(2-aminoethyl)pyridine and iso-3-tert-butyl acetate.The KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that all compounds were enriched to a total of eight different metabolic pathways,among which four compounds,6,6-dimethyl-bicyclo(3.1.1)hept-2-ene-2-carbaldehyde,citral B,(-)-β-diterpene and mycrene,played more important roles in the enrichment of different metabolic pathways.In this research the volatile oils of the collected Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.fruits were analyzed and the metabolite components were compared,and the results obtained can provide a scientific basis for subsequent research on the artificial cultivation of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq.,breeding and its further development and application in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
