摘 要:本研究综述了菌根真菌对植物生长和养分吸收的影响,以及其在农业中的应用潜力。菌根真菌与植物根系形成互利共生关系,通过扩大植物根系的吸收表面积、提高养分吸收效率和促进植物生长发育来促进植物生长。此外,菌根真菌还能提高植物对逆境条件的抗性和适应性能力。在农业生产中,菌根真菌可以提高农作物的产量和品质,降低对化肥的依赖,改善土壤结构和质地,促进养分循环,减少环境污染风险。然而,菌根真菌应用仍面临一些挑战,如菌株选择和优化、菌根真菌质量控制、可持续性和经济性等。未来的研究应聚焦于菌根真菌与其他农业管理措施的整合、功能机制的深入研究以及可持续农业系统中的应用等。This review discusses the effects of mycorrhizal fungi on plant growth and nutrient uptake,as well as their potential applications in agriculture.Mycorrhizal fungi form mutualistic symbiotic relationships with plant roots,promoting plant growth by expanding the root surface area,enhancing nutrient uptake efficiency,and facilitating plant development.Additionally,mycorrhizal fungi improve plants'resistance and adaptability to adverse conditions.In agricultural production,mycorrhizal fungi can increase crop yield and quality,reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers,improve soil structure and texture,facilitate nutrient cycling,and mitigate environmental pollution risks.However,the application of mycorrhizal fungi faces challenges,such as strain selection and optimization,quality control,sustainability,and economic feasibility.Future research should focus on integrating mycorrhizal fungi with other agricultural management practices,exploring the underlying functional mechanisms,and exploring their applications in sustainable agricultural systems.
