浙江主栽草莓品种的表型遗传多样性分析

摘　　要：旨在评价草莓种质资源的表型多样性,为品种改良和亲本选择提供科学依据。本研究对20份草莓种质资源的29个表型性状进行了多样性分析和分类。结果表明,浙江省主要草莓品种包括自育品种5个、国内品种8个以及进口品种7个,各个表型性状的多样性指数在0.421~1.497之间,对于不同群体而言,群体间描述性状存在较大差异。相关分析发现,大部分数值型性状间存在显著相关性。性状聚类结果是植株伸展相关性状和果实伸展性状均聚类成簇,而其他综合性性状均单独成簇。聚类分析将20份资源划分为五个类群,大部分材料均表现出比较明显的地域性和不同的表型特征,可以作为草莓新品种选育和改良的优异亲本材料。Objective to evaluate the phenotypic diversity of strawberry germplasm resources and provide scientific basis for variety improvement and parent selection.In this study,29 phenotypic characters of 20 strawberry germplasm resources were analyzed and classified.The results showed that the main strawberry varieties in Zhejiang Province included 5 self bred varieties,8 domestic varieties and 7 imported varieties.The diversity index of each phenotype was 0.421~1.497.For different groups,there were significant differences in the description of the characters among populations.Correlation analysis showed that most of the numerical characters had significant correlation.The cluster results showed that plant extension related traits and fruit extension traits were clustered,while other comprehensive traits were clustered separately.The 20 resources were divided into 5 groups by cluster analysis.Most of the materials showed obvious regional and different phenotypic characteristics,which could be used as excellent parent materials for breeding and improvement of new strawberry varieties.
