摘　　要：中医证候诊断标准的科学建立是实现中医诊治标准化、规范化的基础环节。目前证候诊断标准建立的思路与方法尚不明确,关键技术尚不完善,研制规范尚未形成,制约了证候诊断标准的建立及推广应用。因此,本研究结合前期已建立的中医证候标准研制技术体系及有关证候标准,起草了《中医证候诊断标准研制指南》,并征求相关专家意见进行了修改完善。本指南可供制订中医临床各科证候诊断标准时参考,同时适用于各级中医(中西医结合)医疗、教学机构及科研院所专业人员开展与中医证候诊断标准相关的临床、教学、科学研究。The scientific establishment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome diagnostic criteria is the basic link to achieve standardization and normalization of TCM diagnosis and treatment.The ambiguous idea and method,incomplete key technology,and unformed development standard of the establishment of TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria restrict its development and application.Therefore,project team drafted the development guideline of TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria and modified it according to expert opinions,which was based on the technical system established previously.This guideline could be used as a reference for formulating diagnostic criteria.It is also applicable to clinical,teaching,and scientific research related to syndrome diagnostic criteria that professional personnel from various levels of TCM(integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine)medical,teaching institutions,and research institutes participated.
