从“治水必治气”论治癃闭病的临床举隅

摘　　要：杨硕教授是博士研究生导师,贵州中医药大学第二附属医院针灸康复科主任。本文整理、归纳杨硕教授从“治水必治气”论治癃闭病的经验,并附上二则验案。该病实质是全身气机升降紊乱,水液代谢障碍,病位在肾和膀胱,病机是肾与膀胱气化不利。杨教授强调“治水必治气”观念,局部治疗取肾俞穴、八髎穴来调整肾与膀胱气化功能,整体治疗以调呼吸来畅顺全身气机运动,局部结合整体,针刺与调呼吸相兼,临床疗效显著。Professor Yang Shuo is a doctoral supervisor and the director of the Department of Acupuncture and Rehabilitation of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In this paper,Yang Shuo's experience in treating retention of urine is summarized from the theory of"treating fluid must be performed with treating qi together",and two experimental cases are attached.The essence of this dis⁃ease is the disorder of Qi flow and fluid metabolism in the whole body.The disease locates in the kidney and the bladder,and the pathogenesis is the inhibited Qi transformation of the kidney and the bladder.Professor Yang emphasized the concept of"treating fluid must be performed together with treating qi".He points out that in lo⁃cal treatment,Shenshu Point and Baliao Point can be taken to treat qi-transformation function of the kidney and bladder,while in overall treatment,regulating breathing can be used to smooth the qi movement of the whole body.The clinical efficacy will be remarkable by combining local treatment with overall treatment,while taking acupuncture and regulating breathing simultaneously.
