基于临床数据探讨全国名老中医袁金声治疗高脂血症用药规律

摘　　要：目的:总结全国名老中医袁金声治疗高脂血症用药规律。方法:收集袁金声治疗高脂血症方剂,通过中医传承计算平台对四气、五味、归经、频次、关联规则、核心药物组合等进行分析。结果:符合纳入标准方剂102首涵盖160味中药,药性以寒为主,药味以苦为主,归经多属于肝、脾、肾经,药物频次前五的药物为黄连、黄芩、枳实、陈皮、丹参,通过高频药物组合及关联规则药物组合分别得到15组和9组药物组合,聚类分析得到核心药物组合3组。结论:高脂血症病位在脾胃,病机为寒热错杂,全国名老中医袁金声防治高脂血症以协衡寒热为主遣方用药,为临床治疗高脂血症提供新思路。Objective:To summarize the medication rules used in treating hyperlipidemia by Yuan Jinsheng,a national famous TCM doctor.Methods:Yuan Jinsheng's prescriptions for the treatment of hyperlipidemia were collected and analyzed through the TCM inheritance computing platform for the four qi,five flavors,channel en⁃try,frequency,association rules,and core drug combinations.Results:102 prescriptions meeting the standard were included,and covered 160 kinds of Chinese medicinal,which mainly are of cold nature,in cold flavor,and to liver,spleen and kidney channel entry.The top five drugs in terms of drug frequency were Scutellaria ba⁃icalensis,Huanglian,Citrus aurantium,Cheni and Salvia miltiorrhiza.15 groups and 9 groups of drug combina⁃tions were obtained by high-frequency drug combinations and association rule drug combinations respectively,and 3 groups of core drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:Hyperlipidemia is loca⁃ted in the spleen and stomach,and its pathogenesis is a mixture of cold and heat.Yuan Jinsheng,a national fa⁃mous TCM doctor,uses prescriptions based on balancing cold and heat to prevent and treat hyperlipidemia,which provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of hyperlipidemia.
