屋面细部防水质量控制要点案例研究

摘　　要：屋面防水工程是屋面工程的重点,而屋面细部防水又是屋面防水工程的重点。以某教学楼屋面渗漏问题为载体,通过观察、文献调查、原因分析等方法,针对教学楼出现的屋面渗漏问题进行原因分析,并从设计、施工、维护三方面阐述屋面细部防水质量控制要点,提出加密分格缝处钢筋网片等创新措施,强调施工中易忽视的问题等,最终得出结论:必须优化前期设计、加强现场管理、保证后期维护,全方位共同控制才能保证防水系统持久有效。Roof waterproofing is the focus of roof engineering,and roof detail waterproofing is the key point of roof waterproofing engineering.Taking the roof leakage of a teaching building as an example,the key points of quality control of roof detail structure on design,construction and maintenance is introduced by means of observation,literature investigation and cause analysis,etc.Some innovative measures,such as reinforcing Steel Mesh at the infill grid joint and problems easy to be neglected in construction are emphasized.It is concluded that only by optimizing the early design,strengthening the site management and ensuring the later maintenance,all-round joint control can guarantee the lasting and effective waterproof system.
