摘  要:图书馆作为学生群体的第二课堂,其教育职能不容忽视。伴随信息技术持续发展和普及,知识更新迭代速度也随之加快,终身学习与自主学习逐渐成为大众基本生存方式。图书馆要积极顺应新形势,积极优化自身教育职能。对此,图书馆要科学配置资源,扩充馆藏资源;优化用人机制,引进专业人才;完善硬件设施,优化数字环境;培养导读能力,发挥教育职能。As the second classroom for students,the educational function of libraries cannot be ignored.With the continuous development and popularization of information technology,the iterative speed of knowledge updating has also accelerated,and lifelong learning and autonomous learning have gradually become the basic way of life for the public.Libraries should actively adapt to the new situation and actively optimize their educational functions.Therefore,libraries should scientifically allocate resources and expand their collections;optimize the employment mechanism and introduce professional talents;improve hardware facilities and optimize the digital environment;cultivate the ability to guide reading and give full play to educational functions.
