摘　　要：泻心汤类方是张仲景专为痞证而设,五个泻心汤均可治疗寒热错杂之痞证,但是相互之间存在差异和联系。现通过论述病机,分析方药及结合历代医家经验剖析五个泻心汤,认为大黄黄连泻心汤治疗无形邪热痞结于心下之痞,附子泻心汤治疗无形邪热互结兼下焦肾阳衰败之痞,半夏泻心汤、生姜泻心汤和甘草泻心汤均治疗脾胃虚弱所致痞证,在病机上,半夏泻心汤证兼有痰浊,生姜泻心汤证兼有水气,甘草泻心汤证为脾胃虚盛,三者脾胃虚弱程度逐渐加重。Formulas of Xiexin Decoction Types were designed by ZHANG Zhongjing for stuffiness syndrome.The five formulas of Xiexin Decoction can treat the stuffiness syndrome of cold and heat in complexity,but there are differences and connections between each other.By discussing the pathogenesis,analyzing prescriptions and medicines,and combining with the experience of physicians of the past dynasties,the five formulas are analyzed in the paper.It is believed that Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction treats stuffiness caused by invisible pathogenic heat accumulating in the heart,and Fuzi Xiexin Decoction treats stuffiness caused by the binding of invisible pathogenic heat and the decline of kidney yang in the middle energizer.Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction and Gancao Xiexin Decoction treat stuffiness caused by spleen-stomach weakness.In terms of pathogenesis,the syndrome of Banxia Xiexin Decoction is complicated with turbid phlegm,and the syndrome of Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction is complicated with fluid retention,and the syndrome of Gancao Xiexin Decoction is complicated with deficiency and exuberance of the spleen and stomach;the weakness of the spleen and stomach is gradually aggravated among the three complicated syndromes.
