复方鱼腥草合剂联合西药治疗急性扁桃体炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察复方鱼腥草合剂联合西药治疗急性扁桃体炎外感风热证的临床疗效。方法:选取100例急性扁桃体炎外感风热证患者,以随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合复方鱼腥草合剂治疗,2组均治疗5 d。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分及炎症指标。结果:治疗后,治疗组临床疗效总有效率100%,高于对照组88.00%(P<0.05)。2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数及血清白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组WBC、中性粒细胞计数及血清IL-6、TNF-α、hs-CRP、PCT水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西药基础上联合复方鱼腥草合剂治疗急性扁桃体炎外感风热证可提升临床疗效,有效缓解临床症状,减轻机体炎症反应。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Compound Yuxingcao Mixture combined with western medicine for acute tonsillitis with external contraction and wind-heat syndrome.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with acute tonsillitis with external contraction and wind-heat syndrome were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Compound Yuxingcao Mixture based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 5 days.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and inflammatory indexes before and after treatment,as well as clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 100%in the treatment group,higher than that of 88.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count,and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and calcitonin(PCT)in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above 6 levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Yuxingcao Mixture combined with western medicine for acute tonsillitis with external contraction and wind-heat syndrome can enhance clinical effects,more effectively relieve clinical symptoms,alleviate body inflammatory responses,and improve body immune function.
